My Teaching Schedule
Manipura Brookfield Hot Yoga

This hot yoga haven is set to 96 degrees, creating the perfect environment for a sweat-inducing, soul-cleansing practice.​

Hot Power Yoga
Open to all levels. This class will warm you up, challenge your limits, and leave you feeling refreshed.
Fridays: 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Hot Power Vinyasa Flow
This class invites you to delve deeper into each pose, testing your endurance and focus.

Saturdays: 4:30 - 5:45 pm​

Slow Vinyasa Yoga
This evening class is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to build strength and flexibility without overexertion. It’s perfect for yogis of all levels, meeting you where you are to help you feel balanced and restored.

Sticks and Stones Farm in Newtown

My yoga classes at Sticks and Stones Farm take place during the summer months and are held exclusively outdoors. The current days and times shown here reflect last year’s schedule and are subject to change for the upcoming summer season.
